Steps for making Mushroom Cookies
Soften the butter at room temperature and beat it with an electric egg beater until the color turns lighter.
Add powdered sugar and continue to beat.
Add the whole egg liquid in three portions and beat it. Do not add it all at once, otherwise it will easily separate.
Divide the beaten butter in half. Add 80g of low-gluten flour to one half and mix well to make the original flavor dough. Add 72g of low-gluten flour and 8g of cocoa powder to the other half and mix well to make the chocolate dough.
Roll out the two doughs separately, freeze them in the refrigerator for half an hour, and then shape them into the shape of mushrooms. Finally, use the original flavor dough to decorate the mushroom caps with small dots.
Arrange them evenly on a baking sheet, put them in a preheated oven, and bake at 170 degrees for 8-10 minutes.
Enjoy!
