Steps for cooking my DIY breakfast – Sweet Potato Stuffed French Toast
Prepare the ingredients, steam the sweet potato until cooked, mash it into a puree, and mix the milk, eggs, and cornstarch to make a milk and egg mixture.
Cut off the four sides of the bread and cut it diagonally into triangles.
Spread the sweet potato puree on one side of the bread.
Sandwich the bread together with the other side.
Put an appropriate amount of oil (I used butter because I like its taste, hehe) in a frying pan and heat it up.
Dip both sides of the sandwiched bread in the egg mixture (just dip it slightly, otherwise the bread will become soft easily).
Quickly put the bread with the egg mixture into the pan and fry until both sides are golden brown.
Ready to serve!
