Prepare the ingredients.
Melt the butter in a double boiler.
Crush the biscuits and mix them well with the melted butter.
Press the mixture firmly into a 7-inch round mold. Put it in the freezer for 10 minutes.
Mash the dragon fruit and mix it with milk to make a puree.
Mix a small amount of milk with the gelatin powder and set it aside. Whip the cream with sugar.
Mix the dragon fruit puree, melted gelatin, and whipped cream together.
Remove the mold with the biscuit base and pour the mousse mixture into it.
Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight. (Remember not to put it in the top compartment of the freezer!)
