Steps to Make No-Bake Cheesecake
Prepare the ingredients first
Heat and melt butter in a pan
Add melted butter to crushed cookies and mix
Press the mixture into a 6-inch springform pan and refrigerate
Cut the cream cheese into pieces, place over hot water, and stir
Stir until smooth, then add egg yolk
Cut half a lemon and squeeze out the juice
Soak the gelatin sheets in lemon juice and mix well
Add the mixed lemon juice to the cream cheese mixture
Here I forgot to take a photo. Whip the cream until 70% stiff, fold into the cream cheese mixture, pour into the 6-inch cookie base. Heat the marshmallows in water until melted, pour on top, then refrigerate for 4 hours
I made two layers, with a few cookies in between, and added blueberry jam on top. You can customize with your preferred toppings
