Detailed Steps for Making Nougat Candy
Melt the butter in a non-stick pan over low heat.
Once the butter is completely melted, add the marshmallows (keep the heat low throughout).
After the marshmallows are completely melted, turn off the heat, add the milk powder, and continue to stir-fry until well combined.
Then add the dried cranberries and peanuts, mix well.
Add the cookies and continue to mix. If it’s difficult to handle, wear PVC gloves and mix with hands until well combined.
Press the mixture into a non-stick baking pan to flatten and let it cool.
Then cut into desired sizes.
Wrap in edible rice paper, then seal in a packaging bag.
Your Nougat Candy is ready.
