1. First, as shown in the picture, hollow out the salty bread. I used a knife as a tool, please ignore my seemingly dirty knife. Actually, it is very clean.
2. After heating the pan, place the hollowed-out bread in it and add a little oil to the bread. Then turn to low heat (this is just my personal experience, if someone else can achieve the same result using other methods, please share it with me).
3. Then crack an egg into the hollowed-out bread and shake the pan to spread the egg evenly in the bread.
4. When the egg is almost cooked (I broke the yolk because I was feeding my little Happy and I was afraid it wouldn’t be cooked. If someone likes to eat raw eggs, they can leave the yolk intact), place a slice of cheese on top. Cover the pan with a lid and the cheese will soon become soft.
5. Calculate the time yourself, then put the hollowed-out bread back on top and turn off the heat.
