Steps to Make Oat Chocolate Energy Balls
Melt the dark chocolate and butter in a bowl over hot water on low heat, stirring constantly with a chopstick until completely melted.
Add milk powder, oats, and high-gluten flour, and mix well.
Knead the dough after adding the egg liquid.
Divide the dough into 30g portions and shape them into small balls that won’t easily fall apart.
Preheat the Fotile oven to 180℃ on hot air baking mode, place the balls on the middle rack, and bake for 15 minutes.
