Detailed Steps for Making Oat Walnut Balls
Prepare all the ingredients as required.
Crush the walnut kernels and set aside.
Grind the oatmeal into fine powder using a food processor, then mix with cornstarch, baking soda, and vanilla powder until well combined.
Stir powdered sugar into corn oil until well mixed.
Add the 25g of egg liquid gradually and mix well.
Continue mixing until a smooth and thick paste is formed.
Gradually add the mixed oat flour and mix slightly.
Then add the crushed walnuts, fold and mix until no dry powder remains and a grainy texture is formed.
Wear disposable gloves and gently knead the granules into a dough.
Take about 9g of dough, gently roll it into a ball in the palm of your hand, place it on a baking sheet with space in between, and repeat for all. Preheat the oven to 130 degrees Celsius for 12 minutes, turn off the lower heat at 6 minutes and continue with the upper heat until the time is up. Let it sit in the residual heat for another 3 minutes before removing.
