Steps for cooking Oatmeal Baked Chicken Wings
Wash the chicken wings and make two cuts with a knife.
Marinate the chicken wings with soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt, barbecue seasoning, and some chili powder if you like spicy food, and leave it overnight.
Mix egg, flour, and salt with some water to make a paste.
Dip the chicken wings in the paste and coat them with oatmeal.
