Detailed Steps for Cooking Oatmeal Fried Dough Sticks
Prepare a bowl, a cup of soaked oatmeal, and start kneading the dough.
Beat the egg and mix it with flour in the bowl. Dissolve the yeast in water and pour it into the mixture along with the oatmeal water while kneading the dough.
Wrap the kneaded dough with cling film and remember to apply a layer of oil.
I left it for a day and it turned into this bear shape after fermentation. Then heat the oil in a pan.
This is the technique for frying the dough sticks, not very precise as it was my first time making them.
