Detailed Steps for Cooking Oatmeal Roasted Dried Fruits
Prepare the main ingredients.
Pour the egg, milk, and oats into a baking dish or bowl, mix well. (If you prefer it sweeter, you can add some sugar.)
Sprinkle some desiccated coconut in (I sprinkled a lot because I love coconut), mix well.
Then add thinly sliced apples. Stir well. (You can also use bananas.)
After mixing, sprinkle your favorite dried fruits. I used walnuts, black currants, cranberries, blueberries, and pine nuts. (Dried fruits can be mixed according to personal preference.)
Sprinkle a layer of desiccated coconut on top for decoration purposes.
Bake in the oven. Bake at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes, and after 20 minutes, you will start to smell the aroma!
