Prepare the ingredients.
Wash the tomatoes, remove the stems, and cut them into pieces.
Prepare the oil and vinegar dressing. Mix olive oil, honey, vinegar (or lemon juice), salt, and black pepper powder evenly. The best ratio of oil to vinegar (or lemon juice) is usually 3:1, and this ratio will not disappoint in terms of taste.
