Prepare the ingredients
Mince the garlic and squeeze out the juice using a cheesecloth
Mix the minced pork with garlic juice, a small amount of starch, salt, oyster sauce, and peanut oil
Soak the oil-braised tofu in hot water until slightly softened, then dig a hole in the tofu and stuff it with the minced pork mixture
Heat the pan with oil, add the stuffed tofu, and pour in the seasoning sauce (soy sauce + oyster sauce + water)
Cover the pan and simmer over low heat
When the sauce is almost reduced, remove the tofu from the pan and place it on a plate
