Detailed Steps for Making Oil Cake
Dissolve the yeast in warm water. Mix baking soda and salt into the flour. Pour the yeast water into the flour and knead into a smooth dough.
Let the dough rest in a warm place for one hour.
Sprinkle some flour on the cutting board, take out the dough and knead it a few times to release the air.
Divide the dough into small pieces. I made them small, so I divided them into five pieces.
Roll out a piece of dough thinly and cut two lines in the middle. Heat oil in a pan until it starts to bubble, then put the dough in.
Fry until golden brown. (Note: use low heat to fry slowly)
Done, time to eat!
