Prepare the ingredients.
Knead the dough for 30 minutes until it expands, then let it ferment for an hour until it doubles in size.
After fermentation, take it out, deflate, shape it, let it ferment again until it doubles in size, and add chopped hazelnuts. If you don’t have a proofing basket, you can use a 20cm bowl, dusted with flour at the bottom.
Turn it out, cut into your desired shape. The result may not be as good as using a proofing basket, but it won’t affect the taste.
