Steps for making Oil-free Yogurt Almond Cake
Add 20g sugar to homemade yogurt and mix well
Add egg yolks one by one and mix well
Sift in both types of flour and mix well
Add vanilla powder to egg whites and beat with an electric egg beater until stiff peaks form. Gradually add 30g sugar in three portions while beating
Add 1/3 of the egg whites to the egg yolk mixture and fold well
Pour the mixture back into the remaining egg whites and fold well
Pour the mixture into a mold and sprinkle almond slices on top (8-inch plus 4-inch mold)
Preheat the oven in advance, place a baking tray with water on the bottom, and place the mold on a baking rack. Bake at 150 degrees Celsius for 70 minutes in the middle of the oven
