Bought a few packs of sour plum soup ingredient packs on Taobao, and used them to reduce oil and remove grease during the Chinese New Year period, especially in the north where the indoor heating is too dry. Drinking this is very comfortable!
Rinse the ingredient pack with water, quickly stirring clockwise to remove floating dust (of course, counterclockwise is also fine if you are used to it).
Put the washed ingredients into a filter bag. I also washed the filter bag and then put it into the pot, adding 2L of water and soaking for half an hour. I’m a bit lazy, so I didn’t soak it.
