Detailed Steps for Cooking Oilseed Rape with Shiitake Mushrooms
Remove the hard roots at the bottom of the shiitake mushrooms, then rinse them with clean water and blanch them in boiling water. When blanching, put the shiitake mushrooms into the pot after the water boils, stir them repeatedly with a colander to evenly heat them, and then boil them again.
After removing the shiitake mushrooms, put them in cold water and repeat a few times. Don’t rush to take them out. Soak them in cold water for a while to remove the taste of the shiitake mushrooms themselves.
Remove the roots and bad leaves from the oilseed rape, wash them clean,
Add an appropriate amount of water to the pot, add a little salt, and boil it. Then put the oilseed rape into the pot to blanch it, so as to break the oilseed rape and not scald it too much.
Arrange the drained oilseed rape on a plate,
Take the shiitake mushrooms out of the cold water, choose ones that are about the same size, and cut them into flower shapes. Use a knife to cut diagonally from both sides to the middle,
Put an appropriate amount of cooking oil in the pan, heat the oil, add garlic slices to stir-fry until fragrant, then add soy sauce to stir-fry until fragrant, and then add the shiitake mushrooms to stir-fry,
Add a little water and stir-fry for a while to let the shiitake mushrooms absorb the flavor,
Add an appropriate amount of starch to a small amount of water, stir it evenly with chopsticks, and pour it into the pan to thicken the soup. Add a little salt to season it and serve it on the oilseed rape leaves.
