Detailed Steps for Cooking Old Lady Potato
Wash the potatoes and boil them in a pot with the skin on.
Remove the potato skin and cut the potatoes into small cubes.
Use a knife to mash the potato cubes into mashed potatoes.
Mix the mashed potatoes with chopped scallions, about 1cm long.
