Step-by-Step Cooking Instructions for Crispy Fried Fish Fillet
Clean the sea bass.
Use a knife to diagonally slice off the fish meat from both sides.
Remove the fish bones from the fish slices.
Set aside the fish head and bones for later.
Sprinkle a little salt on the fish slices, add a dash of white wine, and marinate for half an hour.
Sprinkle a little black pepper powder on the fish slices.
