Detailed Steps for Cooking Onion Egg Vegetable Pancake
Chop all the vegetables.
Crack the egg into a bowl (I used two egg yolks instead of a whole egg because my sister is allergic to egg whites).
Add all the ingredients to the bowl and add some mushroom powder for flavor (you can add a little salt for babies over one year old).
Mix well and set aside.
Grease a non-stick pan and add the onion rings.
Scoop a little of the mixed egg liquid into the pan, not too much to avoid overflowing (if the egg liquid is too thin and spills out from the bottom of the onion rings, you can add a little more starch).
Cover the pan and simmer for about 3 minutes on low heat until the surface is solidified, then turn off the heat.
If babies under one year old cannot eat onions, you can remove the onion rings and only eat the inside.
