Detailed Steps for Orange Bread Pudding
Prepare the ingredients and cut the bread and oranges into pieces.
Place the bread slices on a baking tray and bake in the middle of the oven at 130 degrees Celsius until slightly golden.
In a milk pan, heat the whipping cream over low heat, add granulated sugar, and stir until the sugar dissolves. Do not boil.
After the sugar has dissolved, turn off the heat and add the butter, stirring until melted.
When the mixture has cooled slightly, add the egg yolks and stir evenly. At this point, add condensed milk to taste.
Add milk and mix well.
Sieve the pudding mixture to make it smoother.
Dip the bread slices in the pudding mixture and place them in a baking dish.
Arrange the bread and orange pieces in the dish.
After everything is arranged, pour the pudding mixture evenly over the bread and let it sit for a while to allow the mixture to soak into the bread. (The amount of pudding mixture in the picture is a bit small, so I have appropriately increased the amount in the ingredient list.)
Bake in the middle of the oven at 150 degrees Celsius for 30 minutes.
Sprinkle with cheese powder after taking it out of the oven and it’s ready to serve.
