Orange Cookies Cooking Steps
Squeeze juice from four oranges, drink the juice, and keep the pulp.
Melt a small box of butter (I melted the box directly in hot water), add it to 4 cups of flour along with an egg, then add a small amount of water and some granulated sugar, mix in the pulp and a slice of cheese.
Knead the dough into a ball, with a moderate texture, then cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for a couple of hours.
Take out the dough, knead it again, then flatten slightly and place raisins on top.
Roll up the dough with raisins, freeze in the refrigerator for forty minutes. It should be slightly firm for easier cutting, but if it’s too late and you can’t wait, just take it out and cut it into small cookies.
Place the cookies on aluminum foil, bake in the oven at 210 degrees for 20 minutes.
A slightly burnt surface is the best result!
Take them out! Be careful, they’re hot!
