Steps to Make Orange Peel Jam
Ingredients: 270g Orange Peel, 80g Granulated Sugar, 150ml Water. Rinse the orange peel in water.
Put the orange peel in a pot and boil for about 10 minutes over high heat.
Use a small knife to scrape off the white membrane (be sure to scrape it off completely).
Cut into small pieces (this step can be skipped to protect the machine).
Put it into the machine and grind it.
Pour in the granulated sugar.
Pour in cold water.
Start the Foodwi blender sauce function.
The ground jam is very delicate.
Pour into a non-stick pan and stir-fry over medium heat.
The fried orange peel jam (I made it drier for easy storage) is not liquid.
