Detailed Steps for Making Orange Pudding

Cut the orange in half and scoop out the flesh with a spoon.

After scooping, it will look like this. Be careful not to puncture the bottom of the orange, or it will leak~

(Forgive my laziness, only took one photo) Wrap the flesh in gauze and squeeze out the juice, squeezing it into a small cup. Place the cup in a pot, heat it with water. Make sure it is heated with water! The water outside should not be too much to prevent it from seeping into the cup. Heat gently over low heat, do not boil, melt the QQ jelly in the cup, stir gently with chopsticks until completely melted.

Pour the melted syrup into the orange shell, put it in the refrigerator to freeze (I froze it for about 15 minutes)

Take it out after freezing and let it sit for a while, then cut the pudding with a knife when it softens.
