Strain the orange juice to remove any pulp, then warm it up in water and pour it into the egg mixture
Warm up the milk in water and pour it into the egg mixture
Pour the mixed egg mixture into the orange peel
Cover the orange peel with plastic wrap, poke a few small holes, then place it on a steaming plate once the water is boiling
Steam over low heat for about 10 minutes
