Steps to Make Oreo Madeleines
Melt the butter in a double boiler.
Add the eggs, granulated sugar, and sea salt to a bowl and whisk until the mixture becomes thick and foamy.

Stir the mixture with a hand whisk until it becomes smooth and even.
Add the melted butter and stir until the batter becomes smooth and runny.
Add the crushed Oreos and stir until they are evenly distributed in the batter.
Pour the batter into a piping bag and refrigerate for at least one hour.
Brush the madeleine mold with softened butter to prevent sticking, and preheat the oven to 170 degrees Celsius.
Fill each mold about 80% full with the batter.
