Detailed Steps for Making Oreo Mousse Cake
Soak gelatin in a small amount of water.
Heat milk to about 50 degrees Celsius, add sugar and soaked gelatin to melt. Let cool.
Whip whipping cream until it reaches 5 on the ribbon test and is slightly flowing. Add half of the crushed Oreo cookies and mix well.
Pour in the milk mixture and add the remaining crushed Oreo cookies. Mix well.
Cut the cake into two slices, place one slice in a 6-inch mold, pour in half of the mousse mixture, then place the other slice of cake on top, and pour in the remaining mousse mixture.
