Detailed Steps to Cook Original Sesame Paste
Prepare glutinous rice flour.
Add 4 spoons of glutinous rice flour into a glass bottle.
Prepare sticky rice flour.
Add 1 spoon of sticky rice flour into a glass bottle.
Add a little water, stir to form a paste.
Add pre-ground sesame powder (can be ground by the store when purchasing sesame) and mix with the paste.
Pour the mixed sesame paste into a health pot, then add water up to 1 liter (there are markings on the pot).
Set the health pot to “Porridge” (40 minutes), for the first ten minutes, open the lid every 2 minutes and stir (to prevent sticking). After that, set it to “Porridge” (40 minutes).
