Detailed Steps for Making Orleans Style Beef Skewers
Cut the thick beef into chunks about two centimeters thick. Use thicker cuts of beef.
Add barbecue seasoning and yellow wine, mix well.
Add a tablespoon of cornstarch and mix well to lock in the moisture of the beef.
The fish tofu is quite thick, cut it in half.
Skewer the tofu and meat together.
Mix barbecue seasoning, yellow wine, and cooking oil in a 1:1:1 ratio to make a sauce.
Heat a skillet with a little olive oil, brush the sauce on the surface of the skewers. Fry one side for about a minute and a half.
Flip and fry the other side. Brush with sauce and fry for another minute and a half.
Fry the two sides as well.
Although it’s pan-fried, the taste is just as good as grilled, and the meat is very tender and delicious.
