Main Ingredients:
Water: 400ml; White Agar Powder: 20g.
Additional Ingredients:
Osmanthus: 3g; Goji Berries: 5g.
Seasonings:
Honey: 10g; Granulated Sugar: 5g.
Taste: Sweet; Cooking Method: Boiling; Time: Half an hour; Difficulty: Normal.
Steps to Make Osmanthus and Goji Berry Jelly
Prepare white agar powder, goji berries, osmanthus, and water.
Add a little water to the white agar powder and stir until the powder dissolves.
Heat the remaining water in a pot, add osmanthus and goji berries, and cook. Add granulated sugar and cook until it dissolves.
Remove the osmanthus and goji berries from the pot.
Pour the previously dissolved white agar powder into the pot and stir while cooking until it boils. Turn off the heat.
Pour the osmanthus water into a mold and add a few goji berries. Let it cool and set into jelly.
Remove the set osmanthus jelly from the mold and sprinkle with dried osmanthus and honey on top.
