Main Ingredients:
650g pears.
Additional Ingredients:
1 sheet of gelatin; 10g osmanthus; half a lemon; 100g maltose; 150g granulated sugar.

Steps to Make Osmanthus Pear Jam
Prepare the ingredients: pears, gelatin, lemon, osmanthus, maltose, and granulated sugar;
Soak the gelatin in water for 6 minutes and mix with lemon juice;
Peel and core the pears, and cut them into pieces;
Puree the pears in a food processor; PS: Do not juice them;
Boil osmanthus in 50ml of water to make osmanthus tea;
Add the pear puree and boil again;
Add maltose and granulated sugar, boil and reduce heat to simmer until thickened. Finally, add the gelatin mixture and lemon juice, and boil again;
