Ingredients:
Fresh milk: 500g; Granulated sugar: 90g; Eggs: 5; Caramel syrup: 120g; Fresh osmanthus: appropriate amount.

Steps to Make Osmanthus Pudding
First, heat the fresh milk and granulated sugar until it reaches around 55°C.
Add the eggs one by one and stir until well mixed.
Sift the egg mixture through a fine sieve.
Remove the foam on top.
Cook 100g of granulated sugar with a small amount of water to make caramel syrup.
Pour the caramel syrup into the bottom of a teacup.
Pour the egg mixture into the cup, place it in a baking pan, add 80°C-90°C hot water to the pan, and bake in a water bath for 40-50 minutes at 150°C.
After baking, invert the pudding onto a plate and pour the cooked osmanthus syrup over it. It is fragrant and smooth.
