Heat the pan and add a little oil, then fry the cowboy steak over medium heat.
Flip it over and fry the other side for about two minutes. Because the steak has bones, it’s better to fry it a little longer until it’s fully cooked. This marinated steak won’t get tough even if it’s fried a little longer.
Plate it and serve with broccoli and cooked potato chunks. This combination is perfect for one serving of main course (I just happened to have these two things today).
