Detailed Steps for Cooking Pan-fried Pork Chop
Choose fresh pork chop, wash it, and cut it into evenly sized thin slices.
Use the back of a knife to evenly chop the meat slices.
Chop vertically as well, turn over, and chop horizontally and vertically again. Use the same method to chop each slice of meat.
Put the chopped meat slices into a dish, add salt, chicken essence, soy sauce, starch, and a few drops of oil. Mix well with your hands and let it sit for 30 minutes.
Pour a little cooking oil into a flat-bottomed pan, heat it up, and fry the pork chops over medium heat until golden brown. Turn them over and fry until golden brown on the other side as well.
Add half a small bowl of water, cover and simmer over medium heat for 5 minutes, turn over the pork chops, add chopped garlic sprouts (I only used the stems), cover and simmer for 1 minute.
Turn off the heat, uncover, plate, and the pan-fried pork chop is ready.
