Detailed Steps for Pan-fried Pork Chop
Wash the pork loin and use the back of a knife to slightly loosen both sides (to make it more flavorful).
Pour all the seasonings into a large bowl and mix well with chopsticks.
Dip the loosened meat into the sauce on both sides.
Marinate for more than 2 hours. I usually marinate overnight for better flavor.
Heat the pan and pour in an appropriate amount of oil.
Put in the marinated pork loin.
Fry each side over medium heat for two and a half minutes until the meat is slightly yellow.
Pour the sauce over the pork chop, cover the pan, and simmer for one minute.
