Pork loin.
Cut into thick slices.
Tenderize the meat slices on both sides with a meat mallet.
Place the tenderized meat in a bowl, add salt, soy sauce, black pepper, oyster sauce, cooking wine, and cornstarch.
Marinate and mix well (for 1 hour), preferably refrigerate overnight for better flavor.
Heat oil in a pan, then fry the meat slices.
