Detailed Steps for Cooking Pan-fried Pork Chop
Place two pieces of pork chop flat on the cutting board.
Use a meat mallet to pound each piece of meat to about twice its original size.
Add a little ginger shreds, 1 teaspoon of cooking wine, 1 teaspoon of oyster sauce, a little pepper to the meat, and marinate for 20 minutes.
Put starch, egg liquid, and bread crumbs in three separate plates.
Coat the pork chop with starch, egg liquid, and bread crumbs in that order, and let it sit for ten minutes.
Add a little oil to the pan.
When the oil is heated to about 50% hot, add the pork chop and fry over low heat until both sides are golden brown.
After removing from the pan, use a paper towel to absorb excess oil from the surface of the pork chop. The crispy and fragrant pan-fried pork chop is now ready.
We made a Moon Tree Combo (a name we came up with ourselves) for our daughter using pork chop, broccoli, cherry tomatoes, and rice.
