Thaw the sirloin steak in advance and set aside.
Prepare the ingredients.
Heat the pan and pour in an appropriate amount of rice bran oil. Add the steak and fry for one minute, then flip and fry for another minute. Fry the sides with oil as well.
Add a little hot water and simmer until fully cooked (as the sirloin steak is quite thick, I prefer it to be fully cooked).
