Steps to Cook Papaya and Tremella Fuciformis Soup for Beauty and Health
Soak the peach gum in water for more than 12 hours in advance (change the water several times in the middle to remove impurities), and wash it clean.
Put the soaked Tremella fuciformis and peach gum into the rice cooker, add appropriate amount of water, select the soup cooking function, and slowly stew for about 45 minutes.
Pour the stewed Tremella fuciformis and peach gum soup into the stew pot, turn on the gas stove, and stew over medium heat.
After boiling, add peeled and diced pear, papaya, and rock sugar to continue stewing.
Use a spoon to remove the white foam on the surface, and continue stewing over medium-low heat for about 20 minutes. Turn off the heat.
