Detailed steps for cooking Papaya Mango Peach Gum Dessert
Soak the peach gum overnight and remove impurities.
Peel and dice the papaya.
Boil water in a pot, add papaya and rock sugar, and continue to cook over medium-low heat for 10 minutes.
Add peach gum and cook for about 30 minutes.
Let it cool after cooking.
Put boba in a pot of boiling water, add some brown sugar, and cook until done according to the instructions.
Take it out when it’s done. (You can also rinse it with cold water, but I didn’t, I used it directly.)
Peel and cut the mango into slightly larger pieces.
Put the cooked papaya peach gum, mango, and boba in a bowl and enjoy.
