Steps to Cook Pea and Fresh Shrimp Soup
Prepare the ingredients.
Shell and devein the shrimp, then cut into pieces or dice. Marinate with a little salt and cooking wine.

Bring a pot of water to a boil, add a few drops of oil, blanch the peas, then remove them from the water.
