Steps to Make Peach Cheesecake
Prepare ingredients
Place sponge cake at the bottom of the mold
Pour cream cheese into a bowl and beat until smooth and no lumps
Add eggs one at a time and beat
Beat until smooth
Add syrup, brandy, vanilla powder
Beat until well combined
Add milk and yogurt
Beat until well combined
Pour 1/3 of the cheese mixture into the mold with the cake base
Place peach slices on top
Pour the remaining cheese mixture
Place in a baking pan with hot water, bake in a preheated oven at 160 degrees Celsius, middle rack, for about 2 hours
Golden brown on the surface, remove from the oven
Cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours
Remove from the mold
