Detailed steps for cooking Peach Gum, Bird’s Nest, Coix Seed, and Snow Fungus Soup
I used this small package of Peach Gum, Coix Seed, and Bird’s Nest, one package is enough for one person, and add a little bit of Snow Fungus.
Soak Peach Gum and Coix Seed together for more than 12 hours. I soaked them in a lunch box and put them in the refrigerator.
Take out the Snow Fungus and soak it in water separately for more than 12 hours. I soaked it in a lunch box and put it in the refrigerator.
Soak a small amount of Snow Fungus for about 2 hours.
After soaking, remove impurities from the Peach Gum and Coix Seed, wash them clean, and put them in a stewing pot, then add the cleaned Snow Fungus.
Add water, not too much, just enough to cover the ingredients.
Then cover and stew for 2 hours.
After 2 hours, add the cleaned Snow Fungus and rock sugar, and stew for another half an hour.
This is the finished product.
