Steps for Cooking Peach Gum, Coix Seed, and Tremella Soup
Soak the coix seed and peach gum overnight and wash them clean.
Clean the tremella and break it into small pieces.
Pour the peach gum and coix seed into a pot.
Add the tremella and goji berries.
Add enough water.
Boil over high heat.
Cover and simmer over low heat for one hour.
Open the lid and add rock sugar. Cook until the rock sugar melts and then turn off the heat.
