Detailed Steps for Cooking Peach Gum, Yellow Peach and Lily Soup
Soak 10g of peach gum and 3g of snow swallow in water for 12 hours in advance.
Pick out impurities from the peach gum and snow swallow. Cut the yellow peach into pieces. Remove rust from the lily and wash it clean. Add rock sugar according to personal taste. 10g of goji berries (forgot to add in the photo).
Add 800g of water to the pot, add the peach gum when the water is cold, and boil for 15 to 20 minutes after the pot is boiled.
Add 9 pieces of rock sugar (this amount of sugar belongs to a slightly sweet taste. Please add an appropriate amount according to your own taste).
Add the yellow peach first,
Then add the snow swallow and boil for 5 minutes.
