Step-by-Step Guide to Making Peach Jam
(1) Wash the skin of the oil peaches clean with fruit and vegetable cleaner (can also be cleaned with edible salt);
(2) Dry the cleaned oil peaches slightly, cut into small pieces;
(3) Put the oil peach pieces and white sugar in a flat-bottomed pan (other than an iron pan), stir-fry over low heat;
(4) As the temperature rises, the sugar melts and the juice starts to come out, turn off the heat and let it cool slightly, then blend into a puree;
(5) Pour the puree back into the pan, continue to simmer over medium-low heat, when it thickens, add the juice of half a lemon squeezed;
(6) Continue to simmer until thick, add QQ sugar, and it’s ready once the QQ sugar melts;
(7) When it cools to warm, pack it into clean airtight containers, full of two big jars~~~
