Steps to Make Peach Jam
Start by washing the glass jar for the jam, place it in the oven at 100 degrees, heat for 20 minutes to sterilize.
Thoroughly wash the peaches.
Peel the peaches. The peeled skins can be boiled with some water and rock sugar to make peach juice, which tastes better when chilled.
Dice the peaches.
Place the diced peaches in a pot, add the appropriate amount of rock sugar. For every 500g of peaches, add 100g of sugar.
Simmer and cook until the liquid evaporates, and the jam thickens.
Turn off the heat, immediately transfer the jam into the sterilized glass jar, and seal tightly.
Turn the jar upside down, let it cool completely, and store at room temperature. Consume the jam soon after opening.
