Steps to Make Peach Pastry
Ingredients: Jinlongyu pastry wheat flour, corn oil, egg, black sesame, and sugar.
Pour corn oil into a bowl, add sugar, and mix well with a manual egg beater.
Add the egg and mix well.
Mix the flour, baking powder, and baking soda together, and sift them into the bowl.
Knead the dough, but do not knead it for too long.
Divide the large dough into small doughs of 15g each, and then shape them into round balls.
Place them on a baking tray lined with oil paper, flatten them, and press them with your thumb in the middle.
Brush a layer of egg liquid on all the small doughs, and sprinkle black sesame on them. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius, and then put the baking tray into the oven. Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes until the surface turns golden brown. Take them out and let them cool.
