Spread the cake flour on the cutting board, pour the sugar into a well in the flour, and mix well with a dough scraper. Here, let me introduce the cake flour: Cake flour is made by stir-frying glutinous rice and grinding it into fine powder. It is also known as Chaozhou flour. When stir-frying, be careful not to let it turn yellow, so that the color of the powder will not be affected when ground, ensuring quality.
Use both hands to knead the mixed dough on the cutting board, rolling it forward and back 3 to 4 times.
